Bandmakers · iOS app

What changed on
the request screens.

Same two screens, rebuilt after you saw them on device. On the left is what you photographed; on the right is what's on your phone now.

These are rendered from the app's own design tokens — the same fonts, hex values, corner radii and spacing the app compiles from. It's an accurate picture of the layout and hierarchy, not a photo of the running app. This Mac has no iOS simulator, so a real screenshot needs your phone on the same network.

Why the first one read as cheap

Ragged chips

Seven instruments wrapped 3 / 3 / 1 and seven branches 3 / 4. Uneven edges look accidental. A list has one straight edge.

One texture, twenty times

Space Mono caps sat on every label, every chip and every button. The theme file says to use it sparingly — it's down to one marker per group.

No hierarchy

Identical border, radius and fill on everything, so nothing looked more important than anything else. Now weight and fill carry the emphasis.

Names, not keywords

A branch chip could only fit "Mivida". A row has space for "New Cairo" underneath — which is the part a parent actually recognises.
